A 40-year-old lady had pain in the upper abdomen while eating meals. She was investigated by a gastroenterologist who did a USG which showed a Tumor /cancer of the liver (HCC) in the left lobe. The upper GI scope showed a hiatus hernia with external compression on the stomach. She was referred to us for a liver Resection ( HPB and Liver Transplant Surgeon).
